I’ve been looking for a new regular salon for a while and had been really nervous to try new stylists. I had my colour done by Emily and cut by Danny and couldn’t be more happy with both the service and result. I had to rush off for a work commitment before Danny could finish and he invited me to come back a few days later to finish everything off with no extra charge which really felt like going the extra mile. Thanks so much guys and il be back!

Myself and my mum got our hair dyed, cut and styled by Danny. This experience was one of the best we have had at a hair salon. Danny listened to what we wanted and did exactly that! My mum wanted a grey blending balayage which she has struggled to get at other hairdressers however, Danny delivered. My hair was also done gorgeously ! The two young people who are supporting the team were also very delightful. We will definitely be returning.

Jessica did such an amazing job on my hair! I’ve been in London over a year now and haven’t found a hairdresser who’s actually taken the time to do my hair properly. Jess, the stylist I chose based on reviews, was amazing — patient, professional, and attentive. She offered thoughtful suggestions and even consulted with a colleague on a few ideas to ensure the best result. Highly recommend!

I recently had the Kerasilk Keratin Treatment done at Blackheath Hair & Co. Although I had a disappointing first result with the treatment, the salon was incredibly quick in getting in touch to do their best to try and rectify the outcome. I was booked in for the same treatment within a week, where the stylist tried a slightly different approach to achieve a better result with my hair. It’s too early to tell whether it’s worked, but if it doesn’t, it’s certainly not for a lack of trying on the salon’s side and if it does, then that would turn it to 5 stars for me for sure.

The stylist - Jess - was also super lovely both times and made the experience in the salon itself enjoyable, even following my initially disappointing feedback. Thank you to the team there and fingers crossed the smoothing results come through for me, too.

I have been coming to Blackheath Hair & Co for about 9 months now, everyone is so welcoming and lovely! Emily has completely transformed my hair, when I first came in it was dry and damaged from at-home bleaching but she absolutely turned it around by matching and blending it regularly to these beautiful extensions! I had such an amazing experience in the salon, my hairdresser (Kyla) was very professional and insured I was comfortable throughout. I was greeted apon arrival and offered refreshments. My hair turned out perfect and I couldn’t be happier.

Nice salon, lovely atmosphere. Very happy with the cut. I had a really nice, gentle shampoo, and a great cup of tea with a small brownie which was heavenly—nice touch! My stylist did a really good job, frequently asking me for feedback, preferences. All in all a great experience!

This was only my 2nd visit to Kyla at Blackheath Hair & Co, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I submitted an enquiry via the website and was impressed that Kyla called me back the same day—even after the salon had closed—to discuss what I was looking for. We exchanged pictures via email, and she quickly arranged my appointment.

At the salon, Kyla took the time to talk everything through with me. She clearly explained what she planned to do, checked in with her manager where needed, and was incredibly conscientious and thorough throughout. Her attention to detail and care really stood out.

My first visit to this salon and I am so happy with the results. I had my hair cut and blow dried by Alex who worked magic on my hair. She really took her time to find out what I wanted and she cut it expertly leaving me with the healthiest looking hair I’ve had in ages. I’m going back in a week or so for highlights.

Now I realise I stuck with my old hairdresser for far too long! I honestly don’t know what took me so long to try Blackheath Hair stylists. A few weeks ago, Helen gave me a lovely fresh haircut – not an easy task with my very fine hair – and then Alex worked her magic with beautiful highlights and a gorgeous blonde tone. I had such a lovely experience having my hair done by Danny and Alex yesterday. From the moment I called, the salon were so accommodating to fit me in and everyone was so kind and so nice. Danny’s did a great job with the colour and Alex did me a lovely blow dry. Sometimes I get charged extra for having long, thick hair but I didn’t here and I left feeling amazing. I had a cut and colour consultation a few weeks ago and was really very happy. Came back today to have my first full, proper colour a full head of balayage again with Emily and I can honestly say it has been the best hair experience I have ever had. Emily was amazing talking through everything with me, reassuring me and ultimately the result is immense. She has managed to fix my years of box dying in one visit given me a ready hairstyle also. The girls Megan, Kyla and Elsie are equally lovely, offering drinks throughout and giving the best head massages. You truly are a gem in the heart of Blackheath and I wouldn’t hesitate one bit to recommend you. Thank you so so much!

I haven’t gone to a good salon in a minute, today I went to Blackheath hair & co after seeing my friends hair. I called late last night around 5:30/6 and they were super helpful and helped me book for the very next day. The entire team was so welcoming and nice, the vibe, the staff and the cuts?? Perfection. I had a lovely lady called Alex who was absolutely amazing and took her time with me to ensure I got the cut and style I wanted exactly. They are so kind and talented!!! I really recommend them! Having had my hair cut atrociously by the incompetence of Supercuts Lakeside mistakenly thinking an instant appointment was worth trying out when between stylists, then seeing when shopping they’d shut 1.5hrs early, thought of lovely Blackheath and looked up reviews. Helen had exceptional reviews and they weren’t wrong. The salon is superb with gorgeous decor and a relaxing feel. Nadia cut my 3 year old daughter's hair and a great job! She was completely happy throughout and Nadia even platted it in two french plaits afterwards which still looked just as good 3 days later when we took them out to wash it! I would highly recommend her if you're looking for a hairdresser for young children.

Danny cut and coloured my hair this week and he was an absolute star. I am thrilled with the transformation and the shade was perfect. He really listened to what I wanted and needed ( short low maintenance hair) and his suggestion to go lighter with less frequent pop ins to top up was so helpful. A wonderful experience. My stylist took the time to listen to me and provided great advice and kept me informed about what she was doing. I received an excellent head massage as I got my hair washed - it was incredibly relaxing. I was offered a drink and there was an entire menu to choose from. The decor and ambience are lovely. And, of course, my finished hairstyle was exactly what I was looking for - my hair is healthy and glossy again. Can't wait to come back.

Three stylists worked their magic, meticulously layering tones and highlighting until I had the exact icy blonde I was dreaming of. First time at this salon and will definitely be back. Nadia cut my hair and made the whole experience really pleasant and relaxing. She obviously enjoys hairdressing and took her time making sure I was perfectly happy with the cut. She listened, gave advice but didn't push me and gave me a great precision haircut. I'm extremel fussy and I left perfectly happy which hardly ever happens. I've been to about 20 different salons in Londons and this compared favorably to one in Marylebone where I paid about double the price of this cut. Recommended. (Long hair, had a trim, long layers and straight fringe.)

I'm not a huge fan of getting my hair cut (probably a result of being dragged along to my mum's appointments as a child), but I had an interview for a job I really wanted, so I thought I would splash out. My appointment was with Danny, who last cut my hair in 2018! He gave me a lovely, easy to maintain cut and he also washed my hair, which was so good it was more like a head massage! It wasn't cheap, but it was quality, and if you choose a hairdresser in Blackheath Village you expect to pay more. Best of all, I got the job, so it achieved the objective! I might not leave it 5 years in future...

I have been to Blackheath Hair & Co a handful of times since I moved to the area. My stylist Nadia has always gone to great lengths to really listen to what I’m after and talk me through the process. Fantastic - haven’t been to the hairdressers in about 10 years and after moving to London at the beginning of the year I decided I wanted a change. I finally made an appointment with Danny and he was great. Not only does my hair look fantastic, he was really kind and chatty and just all round lovely, I totally trusted him. My first visit to this salon and because of a recent injury I was in a wheelchair. I was overwhelmed by the kindness of the staff who made my visit as comfortable as possible. My hairdresser was Helen and I was equally overwhelmed by the great haircut she gave me. The cut was fantastic and retained the style after first wash with minimum effort. I am very happy with the service I received and will be making a return visit and definitely recommend Helen as a stylist.

First time here and I will definitely come back! Nadia was such a sweetheart, very transparent with what she could have done with my hair and what she could not. She explained how I should wash my hair correctly, how to dry it and even showed me how to style my hair! It did make my experience wonderful as I was whiter nervous being my first time at a new salon. I will definitely book with Nadia again ❤️

Lisa is just amazing - and beautiful as well! I've seen Lisa a number of times and every time she nails it. She listens to your needs and provides guidance; understands what you want and how to achieve it. She is fantastic at colouring, and that's where a hair stylist really demonstrates their skills. I wouldn't see anyone else!

Had a lovely haircut and it is a great local salon. On par with the bigger name salons but not as pricey. Recommend highly

Lisa has done my balayage twice and she is just amazing! The service in blackheath hair & co has to be the best I’ve had. Everyone is go lovely and caring, Lisa really listens to what u say and does a brilliant job, I LOVE my hair and it came out exactly the colour I wanted it!
